The office is not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Our late nights are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with last appointment generally at 6:30 PM.

Early morning appointments are available by request. Generally, 8:30 AM on Fridays is popular.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the office closes for lunch between 1-3 PM. No appointments are available during this time.

The appointment request form, below, is not linked to our IMS scheduling system in our office. It should be regarded as an appointment preference request. Your actual appointment will be made through our front office when they contact you. Recently, we have noticed there is a delay in the time you make a request and the time we receive notice. If for some reason you do not hear back from our office in two business days, please feel free to contact our front desk directly. If this is an emergency, call 516-338-8802 immediately during normal business hours.
